Spells, Witchcraft, Magick Spells, and Rituals

Spelwerx began as a witchcraft site and will continue as a witchcraft site. Over the years we have added content popularly requested, and sometimes submitted by our users, that has really resided at the outer fringes of the witchcraft theme. This content has proven to be generally well-received. Magic spells, of course, are one of the most popular offerings, but topics like astrology have also proven to be heavily used.

We will continue to provide the content our users want.

We have stared an initiative to become the largest magic spell repository on the web and efforts are already underway to accomplish this goal, but there remain large holes in the content pertaining to the purer thrust of witchcraft practices, history, and lore and we fully intend to address these.

Wicca has become the "nom du jour" for witchcraft. And while we here at Spelwerx do not necessarily agree with some of the popular notions associated with Wicca, we have come to terms with the name Wicca being used interchangeably with Witchcraft by the general public. Therefore, you will probably begin to notice an increased reference to the term, where applicable.

In an effort to further define Witchcraft, we have posted a new page, called simply "Witchcraft," it can be found at Witchcraft.
